Living Space Above the Flood Line

Our client wanted to have their living space above the flood line. We refer to this as the pop top strategy, which allows for a budget friendly alternative to tearing down and building new and is also an alternative to elevating their existing home. This strategy utilizes the existing foundation of the home in which to build upon a new level of living space. The ground floor becomes storage, rec room, etc., and the client now has a blank canvas in which to design their new living space.
