Remodel and Expansion

Our client purchased this dated, rundown, storm damaged home. It had good bones, so Bonita Builders was hired to gut the home, remodel it  and also expand the living space. This home was already elevated above the flood line. We updated the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installed all new finishes, such as doors, windows, roof, flooring, cabinets, etc. The home now has an airy, covered area where the family can dine poolside. The upstairs covered balcony/deck area is spacious and inviting.
