Oak Street Cottages

Our client for these two Oak Street cottages is a real estate Investor who purchased them to rent. We performed gut remodels in both of them and added many finishing touches. The back of the house is now a relaxing area with a pool, plenty of seating, overhead fans and a storage shed. The kitchen has a modern island range hood that quickly removes cooking fumes and effectively traps grease. Note the shower’s vertical slat wood-look tile with recessed shelf using a hexagonal tile design. The result is a modern aesthetic that gives this property a contemporary and clean look.
